FAQ

Question:
Do you charge hourly?
Answer:
We typically charge a flat rate per project, with a 50% deposit due upfront and the remainder due before delivery of the completed project. Every project has its own unique needs, so please visit our Contact page and tell us about your project. We’ll provide an accurate, tailored quote to fit your goals.

Question: Can I record my music at your studio?
Answer: We currently don’t offer in-person recording sessions at our studio, but we do provide mobile recording options and can help you book and plan sessions at commercial studios. All mixing and mastering work is handled remotely and delivered through secure online file-sharing.

Question: Do you provide session work or can you write music for my project?
Answer: Absolutely! We offer music production services that include songwriting, recording, and instrumental performance. Tyler and Jun can contribute guitar, bass, vocals, keyboards, MIDI production and more to help bring your project to life.

While we currently don’t host in-person songwriting or production sessions, we handle everything remotely with the same level of care and creativity. We also believe in staying true to our artistic values — so if a project isn’t the right fit, we’re happy to connect you with trusted local musicians and producers who might be.

Question: How do I send you my project for mixing, mastering, etc?
Answer:
We primarily use Logic Pro and Pro Tools for all recording, mixing, and mastering work. If your project is created in Logic Pro, GarageBand, or Pro Tools, we welcome you to send a copy of your project files so we can pick up right where you left off.

If you use a different DAW, we ask that you export each audio track separately in an organized project folder, with tracks properly labeled. Since projects may include a variety of effects and plug-ins, it’s best to schedule a preparatory consultation so we can ensure your session runs smoothly.

Question: How will I recieve my project once it is finsished?
Answer: Once your project is approved for completion, you will receive stereo files in both .WAV and .MP3 formats. If you would like instrumental versions or stems in addition to this, please request them in advance, as there may be an additional cost associated.

Question: Do you offer addtional services outside of music?
Answer: Yes, we offer a variety of artistic and professional services beyond music. This includes graphic design for cover art, merchandise, and more, as well as consultation for artist development, marketing, and business strategy for independent artists. Every project and goal is unique, so please visit our Contact page and let us know how we can assist you.
